These terms apply to text messages from Provision Family Insurance, an assumed business name of Provision Family Insurance Agency, LLC.

Consent and message types

You may opt in to text messages by expressly agreeing during a recorded call with Charlotte, our AI receptionist, or a member of our team. We document your response and the phone number you authorize. Consent to receive texts is optional and is not a condition of purchasing insurance.

With your permission, we may send authentication messages and texts related to your insurance inquiry or service request, including appointment reminders, follow-up messages, and updates you requested. Promotional texts are not part of this program. If we offer them later, we will request separate consent first.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan.

Opt out and help

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance, call 888-359-1460, or email dana@provisionfamilyinsurance.com. After you opt out, we may send one confirmation message. We will honor other reasonable requests to stop texting.

Privacy
